Hi Jamison, Here’s my long overdue promise to write something for you to
use as a testimonial:

Joggers and walkers frequently use Adams Ave. to start their sprint
uphill with the steps ascending to Abiqua Heights. We’ve watched many
slow down when they notice how our front yard has been transformed from
a grassy plot to terraces and meandering rock walls. A few neighbors
have told us we’ve set a standard for the street. But they haven’’t seen
the backyard!

I spent our first winter here reading and dreaming how to create the
bones of what will hopefully be my last and longtime garden. Thank you,
Jamison, for listening to my ideas, taking some of them a step further
and letting me know when some of them were over the top. The first
summer gave me the beds and hard-scape to plant, plant, plant. And this
year’s water feature is beyond a dream. I like the way we work together
–– and you’ve learned how to bait me with plants I can’t turn down. My
backyard has become a garden, a spiritual place and something to enjoy
at any time of the day. I love getting up in the morning, pulling up the
shade and just taking in the beauty we’ve created.

We’ve done rock walls, terraces, herb garden, water feature …… what’s
next?

finished for us by Son Light Landscapes.  Jamison not only met but
exceeded out expectations.

Due to the extreme complications our lot and landscaping needs
provided and the fact that we had never landscaped a new

Here is an e-mail I received recently from a customer...  Frank Kendall, (503) 873-0441

A long time ago Peg pointed out to me that the mark of a good chef is not
only good dishes, but great presentation. After you left yesterday I noticed
how you set the waterfall lights, remembering how I like the upper pond
light to skim across the water. I noticed that the red center waterfall
filter was replaced with the green one (now the Christmas is over). I notice
how the hose had been coiled up on the deck.

You are like a fine chef. You produce wonderful landscapes, and walk away
with the eye for presentation detail. I can see you wanting to enjoy, if
just for a moment, the results of your artistry presented in the perfect
setting. Then you walk away leaving that perfect setting for us to enjoy.
